Foundational Nurturing ♥ 12 hours In-home visits (minimum 4 hours each) ♥ Basic newborn care guidance (feeding, diapering, bathing, etc.) ♥ Emotional support and active listening for parents ♥ Light housekeeping of baby’s items (laundry, bottle cleaning, tidying nursery) Holistic Empowerment ♥ 20 hours in-home visits (minimum 4 hours each) ♥ 24/7 text or call support for urgent questions ♥ Sleep routine guidance for newborns ♥ Nursing and/or bottle-feeding support ♥ Partner and family integration guidance ♥ Postpartum recovery guidance for birthing parent (physical and emotional) ♥ Light housekeeping of baby’s items Elite Compassionate Care ♥ 24 hours in-home visits (minimum 4 hours each) ♥ Unlimited phone, text, and email support during the package duration ♥ Newborn care education customized to family needs ♥ Lactation consultations and troubleshooting ♥ Nutrition and meal planning for postpartum recovery ♥ Comprehensive sleep and schedule guidance for baby ♥ Light housekeeping of baby’s items Add-On Services - additional costs apply ♥ Postpartum Doula Overnight Care (minimum 8-hour shifts) ♥ Sibling care during postpartum adjustment ♥ Specialized workshops (e.g., infant CPR, mindful parenting) ♥ Extended support beyond 6 weeks
